Terms & refunds

These terms cover Louise for Mac bought directly from this website. Louise from the App Store is covered by Apple's terms, and Apple handles its refunds.
Buying
Direct purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, who handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt and license key. [Name the provider here, e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Paddle, once chosen.]
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal license to use the app on Macs you own or control. Updates within the same major version are free. You may not resell, share or redistribute your license key or the app.
Refunds
If the app doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No hoops.
Requirements
System requirements are listed on the Louise page. Please check them before buying, and write in if you're unsure.
Warranty
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data. Keep backups of work you care about.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the app applies to that purchase.
