How can I help?

Every email is read and answered by the person who builds Louise, usually within a day or two.

When you write in

• Your device (for example iPhone 16 Pro or an M2 MacBook Air) and its iOS or macOS version
• Which model you were using
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead

Please don't send your conversations unless you want to. We never see them otherwise.

Common questions

Slow or out of memory? Pick a smaller model in Models. On iPhone, models up to about 3 GB run best.

She can't look things up? Turn on the web switch (the globe). It's off until you choose.

She can't hear me? Allow the microphone and speech recognition in Settings › Louise.

Refunds

For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Louise for Mac bought from this site, see Terms & refunds.
